What are your opening hours?

Do you have classes for beginners?

Yes, all our classes are available to all levels. We have specified on our Timetable which once more advanced than others, but the majority are suitable to all.

Is there car parking?

Imperial Wharf: You can use the car park underneath the gym at a standard rate, or you can use the pay and display machines of most f the streets next to the gym.

Can we have a look around?

Yes. Our club is open to all drop ins, or you can arrange a tour with one of our service teams.

Do you offer a free trial?

We have an Intro Offer currently running, which offers Unlimited Classes for your first week, all for £20.

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Yes. We have large changing rooms with showers, free towels & hair dryers. Both changing room (male & female) provides saunas and fully equipped showers with shampoo, conditioner & moisturiser.

Do you provide towel?

Yes. We have free sweat towels and body towels at reception.

What do I wear to class?

Anything comfortable, that you can move in. Yoga, Barre, Muay Thai and Boxing are bare feet, or you can wear socks with a suitable grip. Our spin bikes have two options for cleats or trainers. You may bring your own professional cycling shoes or training shoes. We provide boxing gloves, but feel free to bring your own. Hand wraps can also be purchased a reception.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No we do not have a swimming pool.

How much are Personal Trainers?

Our PT's are all self employed. You can visit their profiles HERE and drop them a message. Most range between £60 - £100 per hour, or offer exclusive packages.

Do you provide membership just for classes?

Our Club provides two options, an Ultimate Monthly Membership which offers unlimited classes and gym access, or you can buy individual credit packages / bundles. This can be purchased HERE

Is there a joining fee?

Yes, we currently have a £30 joining fee. However when joining for the first time, you will receive a FREE 30 minute Personal Training session, x3 guest passes, and x1 post-workout shake.

Do you run any events for members?

We like to host a range of events through the year ranging from weightlifting to yoga. We also run a variety of free open days for non-members to attend. The best option to hear about these will be signing up to our weekly newsletters.
