Weightlifting (All)

You will take this class with one of our trained and experienced weightlifting coaches. Whether you want to get to grips with your deadlift or your clean and jerk, this will be the space where you have the freedom to learn and be coached.

Essential Information
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class time, so we can take you through the class technique and equipment.
  • Must book class in advance.
  • All you need is your trainers and workout clothes.
  • Towels are provided on the day.
  • Bring water along with you, or can be purchased in club at our Juice Bar - Protein Haus.
  • This class is beginner level. Must take this class in order to progress to the advanced classes.
  • You will be coached up to an advanced level.
